I just wanted to ask why The Sales Support didn't reply my message.The Product Key CAN NOT activate the RPG MAker VX Ace when I used it.I tried to copy and paste the Code. I also tried to retype. And I even tried to uninstall the RPG Maker VX Ace and then reinstall it.I have tried many ways but in the end the program remains inactive.Help me please?I am a teacher and I tried to finish making the game by RPG Maker VX Ace for my students in the class which will start in January 2017.That's why i really really need it to be active and continue my work.
